This morning, i will give u information about Nail Health. Lets see your own nails, is it clean or dirty???
Oke nice, if your nails is still dirty, u have to cut it at home. Because clean nails are beautiful and health.
Nail is one part of skin organ. It located in the fingertips. it useful to help the fingers when hold something, and it can beautifies your appearance.
Clean and health nails can show the body health of someone. So that, clean and health nails, and always be cut, can decrease the risk of disease. Based on the function, nails is the skin protector and filtering from many kinds of grime that slip on the hand. So, it cause nail become den disease.
DIRTY NAIL
If your nails is dirty, there is so many germs/microbes, they are so scary and bad like this, do you like playing in soil???? You have to be careful, because soil is dirty, it has many germs/microbes and bad essence such as tin substances.then it will sediment under the nail and, the tin will hamper the growing of the right brain, and destroy the nervous system. So scary, isn’t it????

Is there anyone who always bite the nail???
You dont bite your nails, it’s better if you order your mother to cut the nail, especially for fingernail. Because the growing of fingernail is faster than toenails, about 0,5 until 1,5 mm per week. So we have to cut our nail every week and don’t let the nail become long in order to prevent the germs and disease enter into the nails.

This is a nail-nippers, we can cut the nail one by one , and you must be careful..
STOMACHACHE
If we are lazy to cut the nail and we always bite the nail, then the germs will enter to your body, and you will get stomachache and diarrhea, also cause wormy(caccingan). Be careful because dirty nail is source of disease.

First, your hands touch the feces that full of germs, or when your are playing in the soil then your hands enter to the mouth

Then Penetrate and develop in mucosa. Young worms mature in the lower small intestine and upper colon
And then Gravid worms migrate to the rectum
and continue like that
it will cause , child's appetite will decrease, diarrhea accompanied by a sense of bloating
. and of course will influence to the growth, beside the child became fussy, and also cause children become thin.
Sheet washing hands
Oke children, we should always wash our hands if we have played or doing something, especially before we eat. And don't forget, we also must washing hands before and after go to bed.!
Washing hands must use soap in order to kill the germs/microbes and you must rub your fingers. Like this. Can youuu????
